It is best to think of your Results Coaching Program as having a full time employee giving you guidance and strategic advice to optimise your leadership experiences. It is like having a business partner working with you all the way. The only difference is the business is your personal and professional success.
Each option varies depending on your desired outcomes. They all contain a variety of services to best facilitate your personal transformation and the expansion of your results.

Our System:
Our Results Coaching Programs are targeted at the effective implementation of successful leadership skills, lifestyle strategies, personal development abilities, confidence and self-coaching techniques to create permanent change in your life.
This will be delivered utilising a synergised approach to personal transformation guaranteed to unleash your true potential. Our coaches use a variety of accelerated change techniques, energetic processes, motivational strategies and personal coaching and mentoring systems to empower you on your personal journey.
We can focus on anything from emotional issues, limiting beliefs and ineffective values systems to career development, motivation and engagements techniques and cultural development strategies.
Our Delivery:
Our Results Coaching Programs deliver complete solutions and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve your desired outcomes.
Your first session is a Discovery Session where we lay down your road map, identify your personal success strategy and ultimately propel you towards your unlimited potential.
From there you will be moved onto one of our 12 month Results Coaching Programs. Each program has a call quota allocated as follows:
Call quota up to
120 minutes per month
Call quota up to
90 minutes per month
Call quota up to
60 minutes per month
Unless otherwise stated, all sessions are conducted via the telephone in which you will call your Results Coach at the scheduled time. Your call quota can be used in 30 minute or 1 hour sessions, as we prefer to not keep you on the phone any longer than necessary for achieving the outcomes you desire. You are also able to call your Results Coach outside of your scheduled session times when required, although these calls will count towards your call quota.
If you live in Brisbane or are visiting we are able to arrange face to face sessions with your Results Coach. If your Results Coach visits your state/country we are also able to book these sessions. All face to face sessions are subject to availability.
Your Results Coaching Program will commence once your questionnaires have been completed and emailed back to our head office. Your program will be delivered by Grant Withrington over a twelve month period.
Our Hours of Operation:
We offer 24 hour email support throughout your Precision Coaching and Mentoring Program and for a further three months upon completion of your membership of the program.
Your sessions are conducted between 9am and 6pm weekdays. Calls outside of these times are accepted if prearranged with your Results Coach.
